The article delves into the relationship between the National Agency for the Administration and Destination of Properties Seized and Confiscated from Organized Crime and third sector entities by considering, in particular, the possibility of directly assigning seized real estate to associations and organizations. The notices published by the Agency recently show a preference for such an approach that does not diminish the role of public administrations. Third sector entities can ask local administrations to become “sponsors” or “partners” of the project to be submitted to ANBSC within notices directly addressed to such entities.
