The paper examines the "BRISE Vienna project" as a paradigm for the algorithmic transformation of building permit proceedings and evaluates its adherence to the principles of administrative law and the European regulatory framework on artificial intelligence. Concurrently, it assesses the Slovak Republic's normative preparedness for a transformation of a similar nature.
