An effective administrative judicial procedure that ensures the protection of individual freedoms and rights in cooperation with the subjects of public administration is critical to establishing Ukraine as a State governed by the rule of law. Judicial practice, which is increasingly recognised as a source of law, is becoming a crucial tool for establishing norms in this area within the framework of European integration. The case of Ukraine illustrates how judicial jurisprudence can be progressively integrated into the development of administrative and procedural standards that conform to European models. This research utilises an interdisciplinary method, integrating broad scientific and specialised legal viewpoints, to thoroughly examine the influence of judicial practice on the development of administrative standards in Ukraine within the framework of European integration.
